Terms of renting a car without a driver
۱- Submitting documents at least two days before receiving the car for inquiry
2- Studying and signing the contract after full knowledge by the contracting party or the guarantor
3- Delivery and receipt of the car is possible only during working hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm).
4- The car-washed car will be delivered and a fee will be received if needed for the carwash.
5- In case of any hour of delay, the amount of 10% of the daily price will be deducted and calculated.
6- Fill in the car status report form while fully inspecting the car.
7- In order to extend at least 24 hours before the end of the contract, the necessary coordination must be done.
8- In case of any accident, in coordination with the Arman Gasht office, it is necessary to obtain a report from the police force (Police; 110) and a traffic police sketch.
9- In case of using the insurance policy, 50% of the insurance amount (body, third party) will be received.
10- Body damage less than 65 USD from the insurance policy is not used.
11- To avoid wasting your time, be sure to coordinate with our office two hours before the return of the car.
12- The car is a safekeeping with you, so while using it properly, be diligent in maintaining it. Obviously, the cost of any damages (body, engine), price drop and period of unemployment will be charged by the contract.
13- In case of delivery or non-notification of traffic delivery bills, the violation guarantee is for 60 days and otherwise 30 days with the office.
14- For car reservation, the amount of 50% of the car rent will be taken as a deposit and in case of cancellation by the customer, it will not be refundable!
Guarantee required to rent a car without a driver
To guarantee a check plus one of the following documents:
1- Shiraz real estate document does not have any mortgage, detention or endowment
2- 30% of the value of the car in cash or gold with an invoice or a car worth 30% of the price of the rented car
3- For foreign guests with valid residence, both passports + a check or return ticket
